Staffing Strategies is one of the best services from TestPRO.
The test effort is carried out by our staff that is on-site wherever the project is held.
This model takes ½ – 2 months for mobilization.

Staffing Strategies/Offshore Model
The test effort is carried out by TestPRO staff that is located in our delivery centre in Cairo, Egypt.
The project owner provides all test environment equipment locally in Egypt (Servers, software to be tested, etc…).
This model is a low-cost model and provides quick staffing allocation (2 weeks – 1 month).
Hybrid/Remote Model:
The test effort is carried out at one or more locations by TestPRO staff that is located in Egypt, and access remotely the stage environment.
A representative will be available on-site based on the agreed schedule for project steering meetings.
